Brittany is the new Regional Director of Clinical Services. She manages clinical and district relationships throughout the Greater Los Angeles area. As a manager, she establishes a sense of community, unity, and cohesion amongst the area clinicians and their respective districts. As a Speech-Language Pathologist, her approach to care includes comprehensive assessment, collaborative intervention, building strong relationships with her IEP team, and therapeutic integrity through the use of evidence-based practice.
Joni attended Indiana University and earned her undergraduate in Communication Sciences and Disorders. She later attended the University of Cincinnati and earned her Master’s of Arts in Communication Sciences and Disorders. Joni began her career in Fulton County schools and shortly joined the Cobb Pediatric team as a therapist. In 2007, she became the Clinical Manager for the Metro Atlanta area. She enjoys working closely with Clinical Fellows to help make the first year as smooth as possible. She also enjoys spending one on one time with the therapists as well as visiting with all of her Metro Atlanta teams. In her spare time, Joni enjoys spending time with her husband and two girls watching football, cheering her girls on in competitive dance and spending time outside.
Julie has over 25 years of experience in the field of speech-language pathology. Julie spent 13 years working with preschool through middle-school-aged students in various school settings throughout AL and GA. She then served as a lead speech-language pathologist for 9 years in GA, mentoring and supervising 35 SLPS. After being the speech-language program supervisor for 205 SLPS in a large school district in GA, she became a Client Development Manager for Cobb Pediatric. Most recently, Julie transitioned from Client Development to Clinical Management. She missed the day to day interaction and collaboration with therapists. In her free time, Julie enjoys traveling and cheering on the Georgia Bulldogs where her daughter attends college.
For the past eight years Linda has led the Clinical Department. She participates in clinical interviews, trains new staff and supervisors, tracks clinical resources for all staff, supports clinical staff in all aspects of clinical practice. Her experience includes director and manager of clinical rehabilitation staff in medical and educational settings. In recognition of professional accomplishment, the California Speech-Language-Hearing Association (CSHA) awarded her the Fellow of the Association in 2001 and Honors of the Association in 2004. She is the current President-Elect of the California Speech & Hearing Association (CSHA).
