The Stepping Stones Group is a leading provider of Speech Language Pathologists, Occupational and Physical Therapists, School Psychologists, BCBAs and Special Education Teachers to school districts nationwide.  

This position will provide executive-level support to the President/COO and CEO. The Executive Assistant works independently to accomplish a wide range of project coordination, administrative and executive support initiatives.
  • Complex calendar management and travel arrangements with accompanying detailed itinerary for executive(s). Travel arrangements including flights, hotels, car rentals, reservations, etc.
  • Track expenses, and complete expense reports.
  • Interact internally with staff on behalf of executive(s) and manage communication.
  • Track progress, and follow-up with responsible team members as needed, to determine if action items are completed and schedules are met.
  • Schedule meetings as directed.
  • Provide status updates. Communicate progress and any problems affecting action items, initiatives and objectives.
  • Draft communications on behalf of the executive(s).
  • Help solidify the culture of a professional, efficient and cordial work environment.
  • Help maintain high standards for an overall organized, neat and efficient office building.

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 5 years of previous experience as an executive assistant – preference for someone who has managed multiple executives at once.

  • Fearless attitude and confident with outbound prospecting phone calls
