The Stepping Stones Group is looking for a Client Services Manager (Account Executive/AE) to join our team in our Chicago office. You will responsible for managing and growing existing client accounts, creating business with new clients, and growing the company’s business and market share with both existing and new clients.  You will work alongside other AEs and Recruiting teams. 
 
The Stepping Stones Group, LLC (SSG) is a family of healthcare companies which includes; Cumberland, MyTherapyCompany, AlphaVista, Staffing Options & Solutions, Cobb Pediatric, and The Perfect Playground. We provide therapeutic behavioral health services to a variety of public school districts and private learning centers. We employ over 1,300 special educators & clinicians to school districts nationwide. 

Essential performance standards of the role:
  1. Cultivate relationships with clients and key decision makers
  1. Identify, quantify, and execute the number of activities required to achieve the targeted number of placements. 
  1. Maintain accuracy of job orders with consistent district communication and follow-up – update job orders with any changes.
  1. On both an initial and ongoing basis, proactively and promptly submit candidate resumes to school districts where we have open job orders
  1. Market our full range of services to the clients.  Develop and maintain relationships with key decision makers, so that the company has full awareness of which special education and behavioral services the district currently uses, whether from us or from a competitor.  
  2. Exercise consistent and timely follow-up with districts with a goal of meeting the following metrics
  1. Ensure client satisfaction, improve client retention, and develop growth opportunities within existing accounts by managing communications, strengthening relationships, and effectively resolving issues.
  1. Prospect and develop new clients.
  1. Travel throughout the territory to visit existing and prospective clients.
  1. Consistently interact and partner with recruiters regarding the status of available candidates and open job orders in assigned markets. Facilitate screening of the candidates and ensure client satisfaction.
  1. Exercise sound judgment in the identification, management, and resolution of client issues.
