Jean Blosser is passionate about creating systems in our schools that ensure SLPs, OTs, PTs and their education colleagues provide high quality, outcomes-based services for children with disabilities. To Jean, collaboration is essential! Jean is an SLP, entrepreneur, author, and leader in school services. As President of Creative Strategies for Special Education she consults nationally with schools, businesses, universities, and professional organizations. Her in-service programs for therapists, special educators, general education teachers, administrators and universities are innovative and engaging. Jean’s books and articles are strategic and practical. They stimulate collaboration between parents, teachers, and therapists.
Holly Kaiser, M.A., CCC-SLP, CSHA Fellow
Chief Operating Officer, Creative Strategies for Special Education
Holly’s wide range of experiences includes working as an SLP in schools and as an owner of private practices that offer a range of special education services to schools. Holly has published and presented seminars at national conferences on topics such as mentoring new professionals, leadership development, student outcome measurement systems, and improving school culture. She has served on the board of the California Speech Language Hearing Association (CSHA). She is the current ASHA State Education Advocacy Leader (SEAL) representing the state of California and is chair of the CSHA Literacy Task Force. She has recently been honored at the state level as a CSHA Fellow for her contribution to her field and her leadership in the state association. In addition, she has co-edited a professional magazine issue for CSHA, written manuals, and written numerous print and on-line articles.
